I’m Sean Lauer — a B2B SaaS marketing leader with deep product marketing roots. I’ve led cross-functional marketing strategy and execution across companies like Twitter, Mural, and Instruqt, partnering closely with Product, Sales, CS, and Exec teams to sharpen ICP, build durable positioning, and turn the story into pipeline, adoption, and retention.
My work spans the full marketing surface area: messaging and narrative, go-to-market strategy, launches, demand and lifecycle programs, content and thought leadership, sales enablement, and competitive strategy. The through-line is PMM: customer insight, category context, and product truth underpin everything — because broad marketing only works when the foundation is right.
